Natra Bintan, a Tribute Portfolio Resort, is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently blown away by exceptional service. The staff at Natra Bintan and The Patio Restaurant deserve immense praise. Every interaction was a positive one, demonstrating their genuine care for guests and their commitment to providing personalized service. It felt like they truly knew us, anticipating our needs and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their impeccable manners and respectful demeanor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the concierge was always available to answer our questions, offer recommendations, and assist with any requests. Their promptness and efficiency were truly impressive. Getting around the resort and nearby attractions was a breeze thanks to the friendly and efficient buggy drivers. This resort truly caters to everyone, making it the perfect family getaway. We highly recommend this resort. We can't wait to return!

We travelled to Bintan with our 3 kids, and another family and their 2 kids, and we all had a great time. We were genuinely shocked at how beautiful the lagoon (Treasure Bay) looked from the hotel and that it looked exactly like the pictures. We had expected to be disappointed because we assumed the photos must have been heavily Photoshopped, but we were blown away by the aesthetic. The resort is simply gorgeous. The rooms and the lagoon were wonderful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. One of the staff (Djeremy) played snakes and ladders with my son at every meal and was amazing with him. The customer service from all of the staff was first class. We spent time in a lagoon view tent deluxe (right near the lagoon beach) and then spent our last night in one of the tents at the back of the property with the private spa pool . They were both lovely I would recommend Natra Bintan to anyone, particularly young families.

The beautiful large tents were very comfortable with an outdoor (covered) bathroom. Breakfast was inclusive, extremely generous, varied and delicious. We spent so much time in the fantastic pool/ lagoon. We were a large family ( 18 months to 80 years) getting together for a special birthday and it was the perfect holiday for all ages. There were water play activities and slides on the lagoon ( extra charge) and a very good golf course nearby. Food and drinks very reasonably priced. Highly recommend the resort

It's a unique glamping stay, something different from the usual lush hotels we were used to. We were worried that we would be peckish at night since there were no convenience stores around the area however, there was still an option for in-room dining even though we were sleeping in a tent! There was even an option to have a BBQ outside our tent so we had it for one of our dinner nights. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient too. As for the "room" itself, we were very happy and comfortable. It had a very spacious and comfortable bed, air-con to beat the heat outside and good channels for TV entertainment. Oh, and the spa is not bad.

The resort also prepared a pleasant surprise for us when they got to know that we were there to celebrate our anniversary. The use of WhatsApp to reach the front desk was very convenient, and response from the staff were fast too! We would like to specially mention their staffs whom we met during our stay, Debi, Renita, Todo, Deff, Anung, Satifah, and another lady staff in spectacles at the restaurant (sorry that we didnt get her name!). They have definitely made our stay much more enjoyable and homely!
